About us

Schools IT have a long-standing tradition of providing high quality IT services to schools in the East Midlands region since we were established in 1998. We are a growing team of 25 IT professionals that also has the support of over 125 staff in the Corporate IT team to draw on should we need additional resources.

We understand all too well the challenges schools face with ICT year on year and at every level within your establishment and our success has been built on providing schools with a comprehensive list of flexible service packages

Yes and our approach is to focus on the needs of our customers. Many of our larger competitors use account management as a way of selling new products and services to schools regardless of their value to your establishment.

How do we know we are getting good value for money services?

Schools IT compare, like for like, service costs with its main competitors to ensure we remain value for money prior to the annual publication of costs.

We offer full procurement and installation services and we purposefully keep the length of procurement contracts with suppliers short to ensure hardware and software prices remain competitive.

Cannot fault the service we have received from City SIMS support. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
